Job Description
PROCON is seeking a full-time Carpenter with 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience to perform carpentry on various commercial projects, including framing, concrete, rails, drywall, and finish work. The ideal candidate will have a positive, solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Experience with framing, concrete, rails, drywall, rough carpentry, and finish work
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications
- 10 Hour OSHA Certification
- High integrity with sound ethical judgment
- Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset and resilient attitude
- Works well in teams with strong communication skills
- Open to innovation and continuous improvement
- Strong commitment to safety and proactive risk awareness
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Willing to travel to job sites throughout New England and the Tri-State area
