ProCook is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Operations Manager to oversee core finance processes, ensuring robust financial controls, and driving operational efficiency across the finance function.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Finance Operations / Finance Manager role
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing finance teams
- AAT Level 4 Qualification, or equivalent
- Strong background in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and expense management
- Solid understanding of financial controls, processes, and compliance requirements
- Track record of delivering process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
- Exposure to system implementations or finance transformation projects
- Excel and data analysis skills
