Job description
Join our AI Solution Specialist team to drive cross-sell opportunities for Datagrid, acting as an AI technical consulting bridge between customers and products. Partner with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to understand client pain points and build AI Agents with our no-code solution.
Educate customers on best practices for deploying and scaling AI systems, serve as a trusted AI domain and technical advisor, and proactively prospect into our existing customer base to uncover new cross-sell opportunities.
We're looking for a Solutions Specialist with 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles, a proven track record of successful outbound prospecting, and a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
