Finance & Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to develop and execute financial strategies, deliver accurate financial reports, and drive business impact. The role involves leading a team, providing objective business insights, and championing process simplification. As a finance leader, you will be responsible for setting strategy, decision-making, and analysis across all aspects of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or any related field
• Excellent command of English both in writing and speaking
• Completed/Exempt from Military Service Requirements (if applicable)
• Proven ability to make business recommendations based on financial analysis and understanding of business strategy
• Strong analytical thinking
• Advanced Excel, Power BI or other data analysis and presentation tools
