Program “SHINE” is a one-year developmental program for people with disabilities, providing work experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major from any accredited university
- Legally eligible to work in Egypt
- Availability of People with Diverse Abilities Government Card
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and positive attitude
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Good/Excellent English proficiency
