Job Description
Join Procter & Gamble as a Sales Category Manager and take on a strategic role in growing the business in specific product categories/channels in Kazakhstan. As a seasoned professional, you will build partnerships with local distributors and drive commercial plans within approved budget and strategy.
Requirements
- Higher education diploma
- At least 2 years of work experience in FMCG
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Budget management experience would be considered an advantage
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills to identify business opportunities
- Ability to handle complexity under time pressure while keeping the big picture in mind
