Job Description
Procurify is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to lead strategic and enterprise customers through implementation, building relationships, and managing projects. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of customer-facing experience, strong communication and project management skills, and experience with ERP and accounting applications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of strategic, customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Sales or Solutions Consulting roles
- 4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SaaS organizations
- Experience as an Implementation Manager working with and/or integrating with ERP and accounting applications such as Quickbooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with customer data and imports
- Strong customer and project management experience
- Detail-oriented and proactive with impeccable time management skills
- Comfortable with objection handling and a change management mindset
- A track record for meeting deadlines and excelling in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about problem-solving and helping customers excel
