Team Leader Transformation

Role Overview

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Team Leader Transformation organizes and animates the team, ensures compliance with safety rules and is responsible for product quality.

What You Will Do

Organize the activity of your sector from planning, adapt the functioning of your sector to events and changes, identify the need for personnel and report it to the Production Manager, conduct professional interviews, animate and accompany your team on a daily basis, welcome and train new arrivals, maintain the 5S ranking of your service, change series according to needs, and ensure production yourself.
