Production Team Manager

Role Overview

You will be a key player in industrial performance, ensuring a perfect balance between production excellence and team development. You will manage a team of approximately 20 operators and contribute to the engagement of each team member.

Your main missions will include organizing team activity, ensuring compliance with procedures, initiating continuous improvement actions, managing team objectives, and guiding colleagues in their skills development.

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree (business school or engineering school)
• Significant experience of over 5 years in a similar position
• Good knowledge of management processes
• Leadership skills
• Technical knowledge in a field such as physics, chemistry, materials, or manufacturing processes
