Alternance - Assistant/Manager of Production

Role Overview

Attached to the Production Manager, you will act as a true operational right-hand man. Your mission is to develop your skills in the manager position while ensuring operational excellence in your sector.

What You Will Do

Pilotage opérationnel: Ensure daily support to production teams to ensure respect of volume, quality and deadline objectives. Reporting & KPI: Follow performance indicators, analyze deviations and actively participate in team communication rituals. Amélioration continue: Lead problem-solving projects and propose optimizations of flows or organization.
