Productboard is looking for a Staff / Senior AI Product Engineer to join their team and help shape the future of AI-powered product development. The ideal candidate will have experience with LLMs, building agentic systems, and a strong instinct for shipping what truly moves the product and the company forward.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep hands-on experience with LLMs
- Experience building agentic systems or advanced LLM workflows
- Strong instinct for shipping what truly moves the product and the company forward
- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end
- Comfortable working in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
