Project Coordinator (Engineering) role supporting fiber optic engineering and outside plant operations in Las Vegas, NV market, managing documentation, processing engineering deliverables, and maintaining data integrity across project tracking systems.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain engineering documentation
• Process and distribute engineering work orders
• Track permit submittals and follow up with municipalities
• Coordinate scheduling and workflow between field engineering crews
• Enter and maintain project data in CRM and project management platforms
• Generate weekly and ad hoc reports on engineering activity
• Assist in the preparation and QA of engineering submittals
• Maintain organized digital filing systems
• Identify and escalate data discrepancies
• Perform other related administrative and coordination duties
