Mandarin Chinese Simplified Transcriber

This transcription project supports the development of talk-to-text technology. Your task involves listening to audio files from our online database and transcribing exactly what you hear, including some segment labeling.

Requirements

• Accurately transcribe a variety of files in accordance with client-specific Written Domain conventions (WDCs)
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each client’s guidelines, updating your knowledge as changes occur
• Produce high-quality, timely work for all assigned transcription projects
• Reference and apply current training materials and documentation as needed
• Identify and report technical issues or transcription concerns to the Division Services Manager
• Contribute ideas for improving workflows and transcription processes
• Participate in additional tasks or special projects as assigned
