Responsable de proyectos de FF&E y Obras - Hospitality

At Proffetional, a multinational company, we are looking for a Projects FF&E and Construction Responsible to join our team. We design, build, and manage the purchase and installation of furniture for hotel projects. The successful candidate will lead the technical, economic, and operational execution of international projects, ensuring their viability, quality, and compliance within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar
• PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or similar formation
• At least 7 years of previous experience in project control in the hospitality sector
• Availability for recurrent travel to different worksites and company headquarters
• Daily planning, operational control, and installation supervision capabilities
• Knowledge of Autocad and/or Project for interpreting plans, renderings, etc.
• Broad knowledge of materials and finishes (wood, upholstery, textiles, metals, etc.) present in the hotel sector
• Advanced level of English
• Commercial and corporate profile with good communication skills
• Leadership capabilities, customer-oriented, with a positive attitude, resilience, resolution, and commitment to decision-making
• Accustomed to working under pressure in dynamic and high-exigency environments
