Manager Engineering (Mechanical)

We are a high-tech talent-sourcing agency looking for a Manager Engineering (Mechanical) to lead our Mechanical Engineering department. The ideal candidate has leadership and technical expertise, a HBO/WO work and thinking level in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, and extensive experience in engineering, preferably in machine building.

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Extensive experience in engineering, preferably in machine building
• Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical skills and strategic insight
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
• Knowledge of modern design methods, control techniques, and relevant regulations
