Operator

As an Operator, you will work in a 3-shift operation, learn various aspects of the profession, and have opportunities to grow into a leadership role. You will be responsible for operating and setting up spray casting machines, checking product quality, and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Technical MBO diploma (mechanical, electrical, or process, at least level 2)
• Experience in a production environment or shift work
• Flexible and involved attitude
• Ability to work well together
• Value safety and quality
• Ambition to develop further through training and education
