Job Description
You will work within the Agile Release Train (ART) Dataplatform to further develop a robust, reliable, and scalable data platform that enables the organization to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Facilitate Scrum and Kanban processes within a SAFe organization
- Guide teams in their growth towards independence and continuous improvement
- Support the Product Owner in prioritization and process optimization
- Promote collaboration between teams and stakeholders
- Ensure team dynamics, interaction, and transparency form the basis of work
- Actively contribute to PI-events, inspect & adapt sessions, and the Agile community within Stedin
