Job Description
Bi-lingual Maternity Case Manager will work with Nurse Case Managers to coordinate care of high-risk newborn population. The Social Worker will work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Requirements
- Licensed in OH, MI, NY, and/or IN
- Minimum 2 years background working in Pediatrics/NICU managed care or clinical environment
- Valid unrestricted Social Worker license
- CCM certification preferred
- Basic level of proficiency in PC-based word processing and database documentation
- Excellent communication skills and organizational ability
- Self-motivated and willing to learn multiple tasks
- Well organized and able to prioritize tasks
