Job Description
Programmingo is a software development collective looking for an Appointment Setter (US market) to help an SEO company prospect and contact potential new clients in the United States. The successful candidate will work on a regular labor contract with Programmingo but exclusively for the client, making outbound cold phone calls and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Comfortable making at least 100 outbound phone calls per shift
- Ability to work evening and/or night shifts (Mon - Fri)
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
