Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in inclusive people management with small to medium-sized teams.
- Solid R&D experience in software engineering (C#,.NET) including development, quality assurance, or related roles.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions
- Background working with automation or DevOps practices
- Demonstrated positive leadership track record on engineering projects, initiatives, and processes.
- Previous experience in mentoring and enabling the growth of both junior and senior professionals.
- Experience with automation, cloud development, or operations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams in a dynamic work environment.
- Proven ability to lead diverse and cross-functional project teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and leaders across the company.
