Join Progress as an Outbound Business Generation Representative, Associate and help generate new business pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting. As a pure outbound and individual contributor role, you will conduct targeted outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels to identify potential customers. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales Development / Business Development, preferably in IT/Software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage technical and business audiences, including IT Managers and C-level executives.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for outbound prospecting and achieving targets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of maintaining clean and accurate CRM data.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft (or similar tools), and proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while owning and driving individual goals.
- A bachelor’s degree (technical background preferred).
