Principal DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to join our enablement team and lead the design, evolution, and scaling of our CI/CD platforms and engineering productivity initiatives. As a Principal DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with engineering leadership, architects, and product teams to build secure, scalable, and efficient delivery pipelines that enable continuous development and high-quality releases.

Requirements

• Define and drive the DevOps platform strategy across CI/CD, build systems, and release engineering
• Architect scalable and resilient pipelines using tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar
• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for multiple product lines
• Integrate security practices (SAST, secrets management, dependency scanning) into pipelines
• Lead implementation of infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Ansible
• Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Improve developer experience by reducing build times and simplifying workflows
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for CI/CD systems
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for DevOps and engineering teams
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to drive platform decisions
• Influence cross-team adoption of standards and best practices
