Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Sales. The successful candidate will translate strategy into execution, identify gaps in plans, and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
- Proven track record managing large, cross-functional, multi-workstream programs
- Advanced expertise in Asana
- Strong working knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall as appropriate)
- Experience designing and scaling operating rhythms and governance models
