Senior UX Design Manager

We're looking for a Senior UX Design Manager to lead a team of UX Designers solving meaningful customer problems across complex digital experiences for the ShareFile product line.

Requirements

• 10+ years in design, with 5+ years leading UX or Product Design teams
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, IA, and usability
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in agile teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to balance strategy with execution
• Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment
• Strong systems thinking across product ecosystems
• Experience using research, testing, and analytics to inform decisions
• Track record of improving product quality and outcomes
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
• Experience with tools like Figma and AI-assisted workflows
• Growth mindset and continuous improvement approach
• Experience building or scaling design systems
• Strong product strategy and business acumen
• Experience advancing UX maturity and collaboration models
• Experience improving UX processes and operations
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and rapid prototyping
• Experience with platform or interconnected product ecosystems
• Ability to tie UX decisions to business and customer outcomes
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and strategic impact
