Job Description
Join Progress as a Software Engineer Intern and help us propel business forward. The internship program will start on July 1st and offers flexible work hours and a hybrid work model. In this role, you will research and understand the competitive landscape, implement new functionality, and participate in code reviews and quality checks.
Requirements
- Someone currently pursuing a bachelor's/ master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Good knowledge of OOP, data structures and algorithms
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Programming knowledge in C#/.NET
- Some experience working with code or outputs generated by AI coding assistants (LLMs) and related tools, with an ability to review and assess their quality
- Ability to use and guide AI tools (through prompts and feedback) to reach the desired result
- Hands-on exposure to tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Very good written and spoken English
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
