We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, helping them to live independently and participate in their communities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Tennessee, Kentucky, or Alabama driver’s license
• Ability to read and follow directions
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing
• Satisfactory criminal background check and clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to attend and pass all required training courses
• TB test within the last 12 months
