The Job Coach's basic duty is to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities, enabling them to maintain competitive employment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Tennessee, Kentucky, or Alabama driver's license
- Ability to read and follow directions
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing
