Job Description
Field Service Engineers at PRI provide hands-on support to customers at start-up and throughout the operating life of their equipment. This includes installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining PRI equipment, providing training, and consulting with customers. They operate within a fast-paced environment and work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain PRI equipment
- Provide on-site training to customers on equipment use
- Test the operational sequencing of equipment and safety alarms
- Consult with customers on future needs and service contracts
- Inspect field utilities
- Inspect electrical wiring
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Generate reports and provide feedback
- Travel both domestic and international (40-60%)
