Seeking a Help Desk Analyst to take phone calls from the field, utilize Service Now tool, and provide excellent customer service to field engineer users. Windows Certification and experience in support of Windows and iOS based machines required.

- Experience in support of Windows and iOS based machines
- Knowledge of Service Now tool
