Job Description
IPsoft is seeking a Help Desk Engineer to provide support for end users in Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of scripting and troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a help desk environment
- Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 8
