Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

ProgressiveHealth is hiring an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide onsite response to emergency needs and care for employees at a large manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN.

Requirements

• Identifies and responds to medical emergencies according to on-site protocols
• Communicates and documents medical situations as per company policies
• Assists with miscellaneous calls and initiates incident reports
• Inspects and maintains EMS equipment, reporting any issues
• Manages inventory to ensure adequate supplies
• Conducts checks on site-wide medical equipment
• Monitors safety and reports issues to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EH) team
• Provides follow-up care for injuries within scope
• Conducts drug screens and surveillances as required
• Assists medical clinic staff as needed
• Maintains medical records securely
