Patient Experience Specialist

Patient Experience Specialist needed for a full-time, in-office position with a weekday, day-shift schedule. No previous experience required but ideal to have. This is a wonderful opportunity to expand your knowledge and gain experience in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least a year of related experience and/or training
• Past medical office experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shift
• High degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications
