Registered Nurse

We are seeking compassionate, patient-centered full-time and PRN Registered Nurses to support primary care, after-hours care, and occupational health services within our clinic network serving tribal and non-tribal community members in Anadarko, OK. This role is ideal for nurses who value relationship-based care, flexibility, and working within growing, mission-focused health systems.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state of practice
• Does not currently have any professional disciplinary proceeding of any state or federal authorities or any disciplinary action of any medical facility in any jurisdiction
• Has never been excluded, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned by Medicare, Medicaid, or any other third-party payor, nor listed on any state or government list of excluded individuals, parties, or specially designated nationals list as debarred, excluded, or otherwise ineligible for participation in government healthcare programs.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
• If clinical operations require writing prescriptions for controlled substances, a valid DEA license is required
• Experience in primary care, after-hours care, or community health settings
• Strong commitment to culturally respectful care and relationship-building
• Ability to work independently in a clinic environment with varying patient volumes
• Experience working with tribal communities or rural health systems
• Familiarity with social drivers of health and trauma-informed care principles
