Job Description
We are a Y Combinator backed company building an AI-powered operating system for hosts on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms. We are looking to expand our small but mighty team with an experienced product designer with great attention detail, sharp product sense and a passion for crafting delightful and thoughtful UX.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and/or marketplaces
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across web and mobile
- Expertise in interaction design, visual design, and design systems
- Highly proficient with Figma
- User-centered design approach and experience with user research and usability testing methods
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous and fast-paced startup environment
