Job Description
A11 is seeking a motivated Backend Engineer to join their Ecosystem Company. This role focuses on building, scaling, and optimizing backend services that integrate AI/ML into a supply chain platform. The company is scaling rapidly with a team of 80+ FTEs and a mission to redefine global trade.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer
- Solid programming skills in Java (Spring Boot) and familiarity with Python
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or BigQuery) and writing efficient queries
- Comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and CI/CD tooling
- Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices
