A11 is seeking a driven Event Manager to join its GTM team and drive transformation through building solutions that bring real results. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in event management, a proven track record of organizing large-scale events, and excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event management or a related role
• Proven experience organizing events with over 1000 attendees
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sponsorship management abilities
• Highly structured, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
• Fluent in English and German (C2 or native level)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
