Growth Associate (m/f/d)

A11 is a SWAT team for business performance, executing behind Europe's top tech unicorns like Trade Republic, Sennder and Kry. We are looking for a Growth Associate to join our Sales & Go-To-Market team and support various companies within the A11 Ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in business (or related degree)
• Professional experience in start-ups, consulting, sales or other commercial roles
• Experience in a customer facing role
• German (C2 or Native) and also English at a negotiation level
• Ability to travel 3-4 days per week
