VP of Sales (m/f/d)

A11 is looking for an experienced VP of Sales to join and lead the commercial organization at one of their Ecosystem Companies. The role involves architecting, scaling, and elevating a multi-market sales engine, building structure, speed, and accountability into every layer of the revenue organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B sales leadership
• Proven track record of scaling sales teams 50 → 200+ across multiple geographies
• Deep experience in high-velocity sales environments
• Mastery of Salesforce, dashboards, and CRM operational hygiene
• Strong commercial acumen
• Builder’s mindset
• Fluent in English; German or French is a strong plus
