We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own the strategy and execution of cross-platform marketing campaigns that drive adoption of Project Healthy Minds' digital mental health marketplace.
Requirements
- Develop channel plans and content calendars aligned to reach and traffic goals
- Create and publish platform-native social content in collaboration with PHM's creative team
- Translate product updates, research, and partnerships into coordinated marketing moments
- Grow and engage PHM's social community
- Build and maintain a practical cross-channel performance dashboard
- Conduct regular performance analysis and identify opportunities to improve reach and conversion
- Partner with the Creator & Talent Partnerships Lead to amplify traffic-driving collaborations
- Support email marketing initiatives as needed
