Requirements

• 8+ years of development and project management experience
• 5+ years of focus directly on data center projects
• Experience as an Owner's Representative or Project Manager
• Successful management of project teams through all phases of development and construction
• Experience with project pro form, including development budgets, operations, and financial metrics
• Skills in project controls, project management, construction documentation, and sequencing
• Knowledge of alternate materials/methods, construction costs, value-engineering techniques, and building/occupancy laws and lease requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Discretion in handling confidential information
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and professionals
