Job Description
The Housing Counselor will provide day-to-day assistance to clients with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders, helping them to stabilize their lives and live independently in the community.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid New York State Driver's License preferred
- Prior experience working with mental health consumers preferred
