Program Director - 820 Residential Treatment Services

The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration of the 820 Residential program, managing the day-to-day clinical and operational aspects of the program, and leading and developing staff within the program.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 5 years clinical experience in substance use services or another relevant field
• 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/Master-level CASAC or equivalent
• Strong leadership and effective management skills
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to coordinate care for complex cases
• Ability to lead a large multidisciplinary team
• Ability to implement and monitor policies and procedures
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local law and regulation governing substance use treatment programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
