Job Description
Project Renewal is a non-profit organization with a mission to build supportive communities for people to achieve dignity and independence. The Case Manager will provide case management and counseling services to homeless clients, identifying and obtaining financial entitlements and housing services, and collaborating with clients to create an Independent Living Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field of experience
- 1-2 years of experience working with homeless mentally ill adults or other special needs population
- Excellent oral, writing and listening skills
- Proficiency in computer required
- Bilingual or multilingual a plus
