Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor provides direction and guidance to Front Desk/Case Aide staff, provides individual and group skills training, medication monitoring, and on and off-site socialization/recreational activities. The Shift Supervisor also conducts apartment inspections, provides resident fire safety training, and participates in weekly clinical staff meetings.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience working in a residential program serving individuals with mental illness and chemical addictions
• Ability to work with entry level staff, interact well with all levels of staff, residents, and guests
• Good oral, written, and listening skills
