Job Description
Join a team of professionals who make a difference on projects domestically and internationally. As a Construction Management Representative, you will support the National Park Service on a project to rehabilitate sections of the Rend Trail and Bridges at New River Gorge National Park and Preserve.
Requirements
- Provide technical assistance and support to CO during construction
- Read, interpret and understand the construction contract plans and specifications
- Perform on-site inspections and document findings
- Inspect the work of the construction contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents
- Review, analyze, and assist in preparing cost estimates
- Review and process Construction Contractor's RFIs and assist in resolution
