Job Description
You are a Compliance Officer with initial experience in the second line of defense. Join our team as a Compliance consultant, and help financial institutions strengthen their regulatory frameworks, provide independent oversight, challenge and advise to ensure alignment with key regulations, shaping compliance programs, and guiding clients through complex regulatory environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Knowledge or understanding of some of the following domains: governance, conduct and integrity (i.e. MiFID/MIFIR/IDD), AML/CFT, sanctions, market abuse, tax, GDPR, etc
- A degree in law, criminology or business
- Fluent English with fluent Dutch or French
- At least 1 year of experience within the financial services sector
- Experience in consulting is an asset (preferably on Risk & Compliance topics)
- Good analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes that may impact the organization
