Projective Group is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen the commercial growth of our Talent Services. In this role, your focus will be on building and maintaining long-term client relationships within our Talent division, while collaborating with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, and Talent Development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial, economic or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or consultative selling, preferably within a consultancy or HR-related context.
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and relationship management, with an existing network in Utilities and/or Financial Services.
- Skilled in identifying client challenges and converting them into practical, results-oriented solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in pricing strategies, contract creation, and negotiation.
- Experienced in navigating internal processes and governance frameworks to drive opportunities forward efficiently.
- Applies a consultative sales approach, leveraging storytelling, active listening, thoughtful questioning, and the ability to inspire and guide others.
