Technische Kundenbetreuung / IT Support

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support / IT Support employee to join our team in Berlin, Germany. The successful candidate will handle technical requests through our ticket system, take over 2nd level support, and contact customers through various means. A good education in computer science or a university degree is required, as well as solid technical knowledge of Windows or Linux, XML, and IT topics.
