Job Description
Proliance Surgeons is seeking an Operations Intern to assist with various projects across its Central Departments and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The role involves managing multiple tasks, supporting departmental initiatives, and contributing to key areas such as supply chain, finance, and patient engagement.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master’s in Health Administration or a related graduate degree
- Previous experience in healthcare (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization techniques
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for personal development and a willingness to learn and grow within the healthcare industry
