Physical Therapist

We have a rare opportunity for a full-time physical therapist position at Proliance Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in Bellevue, WA. Requirements

• Evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician
• Determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act
• Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization
• Maintain safe environment for self, staff and patients
• Participate in continuing education in order to maintain state license
• Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center
